Lydia Koong is...

our beloved aunt, a beloved sister, a beloved daughter, a beloved cousin, and a beloved friend. She has gone to be with the Lord, our Daddy in heaven on the 7th March 2009. Although her physical being has left us, but she will live in our hearts for eternity. We hold on to the promises of our Father in heaven , just as Lydia held on to Him till the very day her spirit was brought into Jesus' loving arms. We miss you dearly but we shall meet again in heaven...

Visits from Australia

In Alor Star with her sis, (Sally),bro-in-law(Lee),their son (Caleb) and hubby (Graham)

Can't remember exactly when was this. When she came back from Australia to visit us, esp during CNYs she'd always be the earliest to wake up. Either mopping the floor or making breakfast, baking her cakes and peanut cookies, making her tuna and vege puffs and cooking her pumpkin soup. =) While we were still in bed snoring away, she'd come in and say , ' Rise and Shine! Time to make some pancakes!!!' =) And then we would wake up groggily... but in the end we would have a fun time making pancakes for breakfast together. She was a wonderful cook!

Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
